Amen Sioux might come across as an enigma, but his global fanbase feel like they know him. His music has transcended genres and built a loyal, global community. Sioux’s previous releases (“Shivering in Bed”, “Days Like This” and debut single “Real’) have all left a mark within the music industry, being lauded by fans and tastemakers alike. He’s now returning with an infectious new single entitled “Useless.”

“Useless” features a colourful melting pot of playful drums, grooving bass lines and understated guitar lines. On top, vocals come soaked in alternative rock sensibilities, working hand in glove with well-penned lyrics. Accompanying the single is an equally impactful music video.

Describing his new take on the writing process within his E.P Amen Sioux shares,“’Useless’ was inspired by my troubled relationship with my girlfriend, the way I felt during those days ,and the song mines the turbulence of that headspace.I sashay between relief, regret, longing, and resentment zooming in on particular feelings and moments in my tale of modern heartbreak and whirlwind courtship.”
