ELIZZA releases infectious self-titled E.P “ELIZZA” | New Music

ELIZZA is a fresh, London-based artist who’s unique style sees her blend contemporary and new together. Hailing originally from Latvia, ELIZZA is determined to put her country on the map, and kickstart and influence a creative scene.  This unique musical style was further developed whilst studying at BIMM, creating a full-developed sound that has quickly gathered her an audience.

ELIZZA is back with a new infectious offering, coming in the form of E.P “ELIZZA.” The E.P is sure to immerse the listener and take them on a musical journey. The likes of “Down For The Ride” and “Sins” melt ubran and pop together. These tracks feature playful drums, heartwarming synths and infectious vocal lines. Tracks such as “In Public” and single “Love Me Like You Used To” come across as more sensitive offerings, merging emotionally-penned vocals and divine instrumentals together.

Speaking about single “Love Me Like You Used To,” ELIZZA says: “The single is about the moment you realise your relationship will never be the same as at the beginning. After fights, arguments and lots of painful moments, it’s hard to start all over and sometimes it’s better to move on. ‘Love Me Like You Used’ means asking your partner if you can love me like you used to, you should really let me go, and let me move on and be happy again. To me, it’s a beautiful memory… It teaches me to be open and to prioritise communication in every relationship, as well as self-love.”

ELIZZA’s instinct for emotive storytelling in her music has quickly found an audience, gaining her praise from the likes of BBC Introducing London, Wonderland, Notion, Rollacoaster Magazine, and Clash to name a few. She’s not an act to miss.
