Congratulations! Colin Kaepernick and his longtime girlfriend Nessa Diab just welcomed their first child! The radio personality took to her Instagram to share a picture of them with their child inside a hospital. Nessa wrote a lengthy caption about her new title, Mom. ”

I thought long and hard about sharing our life-changing news today. I decided to do so because today is the first day in a few weeks where I stepped out for work with a new life title – MOM! Colin and I welcomed our amazing baby to the world a few weeks ago, and we are over the moon with our growing family.” She continued, “Recovering after delivery has been a journey (more on that later) and honestly I wasn’t going to share anything because this is sooooo personal to us, and I realized I’m a complete mama bear!”

Although the former NFL star and his longtime girlfriend did not disclose the gender of the baby or show the baby’s face, it didn’t stop them from being showered with love. Several people gave them well wishes, including Mariah Carey, Gizelle Bryant, and Wanda Sykes.

The new baby didn’t stop Nessa from doing her thang on the black carpet of the 2022 VMAs tonight.

Nessa gave us effortless glam for her look as she rocked a black ankle-length dress paired with metallic purple botties and gold dangling earrings. She hosted the VMAs pre-show alongside Tate Mcrae and Kenney. During the pre-show, Saucy Santana hit the stage looking amazing! He performed his song, ‘Booty’ featuring Latto, and ‘Too Much.’
