After doing the famed Wim Hoff breathing method with her Uncle at the botanical gardens on the Sunshine Coast, Jaydie was inspired by the thoughts that were arising in the most naturalistic of environments. She then converted those arisen thoughts into lyrics & gentle melodies to then pose the idea to her talented producer Nyssa Ray Recordings who masterfully brought it to life, creating a smooth, enriched, lavished and laid back RnB hit. ‘This song really portrays the importance of mental health and becoming aware of what is going on inside your head.
