Trust The Mask releases infectious new single “Will you come? (ft. Matteo Vallicelli)” | New Music

Trust The Mask (made up of composer Elisa Dal Bianco and singer Vittoria Cavedon) have gained an infamous reputation within the past couple of years. The release of singles “Crisis,” “Opaque,” “Cloudy Again” and “Solstice Ritual” saw the outfit create a loyal fanbase and gain support from industry tastemakers. The Italian-based duo are set to make another impression with their latest offering “Will you come?,” co-written by electronic producer Matteo Vallicelli.

“Will you come?” is sure to create an instant impact. The track features a colourful melting pot of pounding drum beats, driving bass lines and heartwarming synths. On top, Vittoria’s vocals come soaked in personality and work hand in glove with well-penned lyrics. Trust The Mask merge imagery, expression, symbolism and hidden meanings together to create a unique and signature brand, and “Will you come?” is just part of their story.

Describing ‘Will you come?’ in more detail they reveal, “The voice of the chorus is playful, the laughter suggestive, and the sounds of the synthesisers jump from one emotion to another. “Will you come?” wants to entertain the listener, but also wants to tell how vulnerable human beings are when they least expect it.”

In 2021 Trust the Mask brought their unreleased songs live for the first time. In October of the same year, they won the 1st prize for best band at the Hybrid Music contest of the Municipality of Venice. In 2022 they won the Bronson Recordings label’s thanks to which with an artistic residence, they produced and recorded their first album, Idiom, which will be published in 2023. Also in 2022, the Piedmont Global Sound Network selects them, representing Veneto, to perform at the Reset festival at the Off Topic in Turin. With accolades like this, we cannot wait to see where 2023 takes them.
